Laurent Buchon

LaurentBuchonLaurent Buchon is Director of the Cnam Bretagne. He is a research engineer, graduate of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Grenoble and holds a DEA in political science. He started as a teacher-researcher at the University of Bucharest (from 1991 to 1992), then he was seconded to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a university lecturer at the French Embassy in Romania, Bucharest (from 1992 to 1995).
