Martin Jones holds a
PhD in Economics from the
London School of Economics and is a
University Lecturer in
Political Science at the
University of Queensland in Australia. He is a member of the editorial board of the Journal Studies in Conflict and Terrorism. He was a Ford Foundation / SSMI grantee to examine non-traditional security (1999) in the Asia-Pacific region and a consultant to the Centre for Security Protection and Coordination of the Australian Attorney General's Office (2001). Martin Jones is also Visiting Professor in the War Studies Department at King's College London.
