Christophe Soullez

Christophe Soullez is Head the Observatoire national de la délinquance et des réponses pénales since 2004. Prior to this position, he has held managerial functions in several territorial collectivities’ cabinets in Ile-de-France. While being regularly involved in the conduct of inter-ministerial initiatives related to public security and the management of French security forces, he also holds several lectureship positions in institutions such as the CNAM Master in Criminology, the Ecole des Officiers de la Gendarmerie Nationale (EOGN), the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de la Police (ENSP) and Sciences Po Paris. He has authored or co-authored over 14 books on delinquency and public security initiatives.
