Gilles Teneau is an organizational engineer and holds a Phd in management science. As part of his work, he has developed a theory concerning the application of organizational resilience and has worked on the concept of "toxic handlers", rare resources in companies. Gilles Teneau is also the founder and president of an association that brings together researchers and professionals interested in resilience applied to organizations (CIRERO). He specialises in risk management, crisis management and continuity management.
