Hervé Boullanger

Hervé Boullanger is audit director at the French Court of Accounts (Cour des comptes - the supreme body for auditing the use of public funds in France) where he leads audit assignments: financial, compliance and performance audits. Chartered accountant, he also holds a master of public administration from ENA (Ecole Nationale d’Administration) and a master in political sciences. Former C.E.O. of the French national accountancy body (Conseil supérieur de l’Ordre des Experts-Comptables), he has served as special counsellor at the private office of the French minister of Economy and Finances and in the European institutions. He is chairman of the Paris Airports Tenderboard, mediator at the centre for mediation and arbitration of Paris and member of the national disciplinary body of the chartered accountants. He teaches and publishes books and articles on ethics and fight against economic and financial fraud.
