Overview
The research programme of the Cnam's Security and Defence Research Team - Intelligence, Criminality, Crisis, Cyberthreats (SDRT-I3C) is composed of seven thematic axes around which researchers will be grouped according to their field of expertise. The seven defined axes cover the three main issues of research on responses to criminogenic crises:
- Preparing public and private organizations to deal with crises;
- Building a strategic response and coordinating resources upstream and downstream of criminal phenomena;
- Developing learning systems adapted to criminal issues.
The role of each team is to facilitate research on their theme through seminars, the production of scientific articles and interventions in public and industrial settings. Each axis is supervised by one or two teachers specialized in the research topic.
The Security and Defense Team develops and organizes its research projects in two distinct parts:
- On the one hand, the ad hoc research projects set up by the team itself around themes brought by its permanent members, associated researchers/experts, and partner academic institutions, gathered under the tab "Research Projects - SDRT".
- On the other hand, research projects, originating from past partnerships maintained by the SDRT with various institutions related to the fields of security and defence, will be added as the team develops.
